Placekicker The “Placekicker is a competency based multimedia tutorial for the position of placekicker in a digital versatile disc (DVD) format. This competency based training is focused on the attainment and demonstration of placekicking skills and technique that meet industry-specified standards for 11-man Tackle Football. The “Placekicker” features former NFL professionals Luis and Max Zendejas. It is the first sports training multimedia tutorial delivered in a competency based standard format. Performance Objectives: Given this competency based multimedia tutorial the trainee participant will be able to demonstrate the following skills and techniques to 100% mastery: Soccer Style Kicking Technique Field Goals and Extra Point Soccer Style Kickoff Correcting Missed Kicks TARGET AUDIENCE: Tackle football participants, parents, coaches and spectators. BENEFITS Beginning participants can learn the skills and techniques quickly and mastered them at 100% industry standard. Participants with prior knowledge can use menus and simple interactive features to play an active role in selecting what they see and what they omit. Participants retain more of what you learn through mental pictures of the correct technique which become ingrained into the young athlete’s mind. Participants can interact remotely by select button on your TV remote control, video game player controller or PC mouse. Parents learn to how to help the athlete improve their skills and understand the game. Coaches learn all the moves used by NFL professionals Luis and Max Zendejas to teach the correct technique in the most effective ways. Competency based format provide a versatile instructional method with content in a variety of media, i.e. 2D and 3D graphics, character animation, motion picture video and hypertext to accommodate various learning needs.

This change might be synonymous of a new start for the player who did play in a game in nearly 14 months because of back problems. Peterson was regarded as one of the NFL’s emerging young cornerbacks in 2004. Cornerback Dexter Wynn, who is a sixth-round selection in the 2004 draft, has to leave the roster in order to make some room for the newly signed player. In his three seasons with the Eagles, Wynn appeared in 28 games. General manager Tom Heckert explained that he always admired James as a player. When James was playing with the Giants, he already tries to sign him two times. No wonder, James is an outstanding good cover cornerback player, who has good size, and a very productive player when healthy. The New York Giants released the former NFL star early this spring while they suffered from numerous injuries in the secondary this season.
