Sure, we all love the classy Barry-Sanders-toss-the-ball-to-the-ref sort of thing, but sometimes watching a good ol’ Terrell Owens or Chad Johnson doing their crazy antics is great entertainment and can make football enjoyable to watch. With the NFL’s greedy tentacles stretching every crevice of American society to suck in more and more casual fans, you’d think the NFL would want to enhance entertainment value, rather than reduce it. But alas, refs are now inclined to throw flags for virtually any celebration, especially one done with teammates. Just the other day T.O. was flagged for doing a celebration where he pretended to start a race in the Olympics, no doubt imitating popular track star Usain Bolt. He was subsequently fined 15 yards for “unsportsmanlike conduct”. I ask you, what is so “unsportsmanlike” about that? It’s not like he’s taunting the other team, which he did (ironically against Dallas when he was with San Francisco) by standing on the Dallas star at midfield and spre …

Draft date is an important day to pay attention to when you’re beginning to make decisions that will affect your fantasy football team, so be prepared on April 26th and 27th to host a “girl’s night” in front of the TV and see which football player is going to what team. This information will be extremely helpful to you when you begin planning your women’s fantasy football team. (Plus, you get to see the football players run around in their tight pants and who doesn’t love that?) Women fantasy football owners are becoming more and more prevalent in an otherwise male-dominated realm of fantasy sports. It’s scary to get out there and play with the big dogs, I know. But recently I’ve found the entertainment value and the excitement that can be had while playing fantasy football and I want to be a part of that regardless of the fact that I’m a chick! Chicks can play fantasy football just as well or better than men can and this season we’re going to prove it. Don’t worry if you’re clueless …

KikaFlik Multi Sports Trainer KikaFlik Multi Sports Trainer Specially developed by a gymnastics coach, KikaFlik is an exciting new educational activity toy that teaches essential skills in coordination. It is a fun way for children to develop athletic skill as well as the timing, coordination, concentration, and confidence that go with it. One, two, or even a whole team can play. Depending on age and experience, a ball is either placed at the end of the KikaFlik or rolled down the timing channel. By carefully judging the moment, the child stamps on the end to send the ball flying. Once it is in the air, kids can catch, bat, or hit the ball. All ages will enjoy catching and hitting the balls. Older kids can use the KikaFlik with baseballs, softballs, tennis balls, soccer balls, and more. Made of real wood, the smooth, colorfully painted board comes with three soft foam balls. NB: KikaFlik fully complies with the American Society of Toy Manufacturers (ASTM) safety regulations, is NOT manufactured in China and contains NO lead paint.
Customer Review: Great training tool for soccer, baseball, tennis and more!
Sometimes the simplest concepts have the best entertainment value. This is one of them. Basically it works like this… Put the ball at one end, let it roll and then step on the kikaflik to launch it into the air. Great for eye-hand coordination and can be used in a variety of ways, solo or with other people. I wouldn’t recommend it inside, unless you can figure out a way to use it with nerf balls but it is a great outdoor toy. If you have a very LARGE basement or playroom, it might be fine for inside, with certain limitations.
Anyway, this one gets a LOT of use by our kids.
