The ball used in the game is spherical in shape and is not too big neither too small in size. In the 11 players there is also a goal keeper whose job is to defend their side of the team by not allowing the ball to pass through the goal posts. The game rules does not specify any positions of the players else than the goalkeeper. The teams can make their own strategies by positioning the remaining 10 players at any point of the ground boundaries. The ball can only be touched by the feet, the head or sometimes the chest of the body. If the ball touches the hand, it is considered a foul and suitable advantage is given to the opponent team for the foul. The 3-5-3 Defense uses a lot movement making it perfect for disguising your defense point of attack. Movement after the snap from the 3 down linemen and prior to the snap, movement from the linebackers and safeties. We will start with the basics of the 3-5-3, the Base Front using 3 down linemen. The advantage is to those who may not like football is it gives you a chance of turning you back on the game and get paid to do it. The pay when I did the job was crap! I worked out that after travelling time and costs and the duration spent on task I ended up earning something like 50p an hour! Needless to say I gave it up after about a year and a half, as it just didn’t pay enough. The rates of pay have gone up since and if you live close to the ground you time and travel overheads will be reduced. Everyone has a local football team, the best way to get the job is to know someone who is already a steward, they can recommend you and you are almost certain to be in with a good shout. There is always going to be a turn over of staff in this field of work so it is just a matter of time before a vacancy comes up but it is not usually advertised.
